No questions asked 30-day return policy

If you change your mind, don’t sweat it! You may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item (subject to Return conditions below), no questions asked. Whatever your reason for returning the item, we won't charge you the restocking fee.

Return Conditions

Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

  • Within 30 days after delivery;
  • New condition and unused;
  • Original packaging;
  • Item is not marked as "As-Is" or "Final Sale" (indicated on the product page).

Hanleysup reserves the right to reject any returns if the furniture does not meet all of the above conditions and if its no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.

Refund Amount

For refunds due to customer subjective factors, the customer will be required to send back the goods after receiving them. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. We will arrange refunds within 1-2 working days after receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct, if it is overdue you can contact our Customer Service Center and we will help you to enquire about the processing (the exact time of refund depends on your payment method, so please be patient and do not rush). Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Order cancellation

Cancellation of orders is supported within thirty minutes after the order is placed and is not supported after thirty minutes (processed orders cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile), refunds will be arranged within 1-2 business days after successful cancellation.

Order processing delays

If your order takes too long to process, you can request a refund or contact our customer service and we will arrange to ship your order immediately after verification and send you a $15 coupon.

Price adjustments

Please note that previously purchased items are not eligible for the price adjustment, regardless of whether the item has been shipped or not.

Return tips
  • A tracking number is required to complete the return. It will help us to track your return status and process. Please note the provided tracking number must be traceable.
  • Attach following information in the Email when you contact us and request a return: (1)Evidence pictures and videos showing faulty items. (2)The whole pictures of packages. (3)Detailed description of your request (return or exchange) and the specific issue that best describes the reason for returning.
